What's all the hype about? It's all in the JUICE!!!

 Soooooooooo, the gals and I are almost 2 weeks into our 30 day Juice & Clean Eating Challenge. I must say, this has been an interesting journey so far. Last week was a struggle, I mean a really serious struggle; but this week has been much better. I have definitely seen a difference in my energy level, skin, and yesssssss the belly is slowly, but surely making its departure. See ya belly fat! THE HYPE IS VERY REAL!!!! Smoothies!

1 handful of freshly washed Kale
2 Kiwis
1/2 cup of Blueberries

4 Carrots
1 Gala Apple (cored)
1 inch of Ginger
1 Orange (peeled)


1/2 cup of Strawberries
3 Carrots
1 inch of Ginger
1 Grapefruit
1/2 of a Red Sweet Pepper

 It's all Zara's fault that I'm coveting these GORGEOUS pants sent straight from heaven. Jacquard is HOT, HOT, HOT this season. I know I'm on a shopping diet, but I CANNOT wait to get my hands on these babies! Come to mama!!!! That is all, as you were.

Attention, Attention, Attention!!!

 If the sight or mere mention of Nordstroms, Sax, and Macy's elicits a physiological response; you may just be a SHOPAHOLIC. I came to this realization when one of my partners in crime (you KNOW who you are) called me yesterday to confess that she just brought 3 pairs of shoes and is currently grieving the babies (shoes) she left at the store. I immediately consoled her, and completely understood what she was going through!!!! SERIOUSLY!!! At that moment I knew something had to change! Since then we've committed to a 30 day Juice and Clean Eating Fast, and we are going on a spending diet. With that said, share some of your craziest Shopaholic stories!

Why We Are Here

Over the years, I've noticed that with each group of friends I have there is always a common and every present thread to conversations....LOVE...SEX....RELATIONSHIPS.

In that, I began to decipher the different viewpoints that women with similar backgrounds and lifestyles had in relation to the topic.  Each viewpoint brings something different to the equation of love, sex, and relationships which leads to great conversations, arguments, debates, and growth.

This blog is comprised of five women with distinct personalities who have different perspectives on love.  We'll share our feelings and occasionally come together to create some wonderfulness!!
